our lives are sometimes unforeseen. While we understand cancellations happen, we ask
that you please read the following cancellation policy at the time of booking:
By booking directly with The Kenmore Cottages via Reservation Key or by phone,
you are better protected.
Cancellation of weekly summer rentals
-Your weekly rate must be paid in full in order to maintain your reservation for the following year. If your cabin is rented by another party during your intended stay dates, the amount paid by that other party, minus a $50 cancellation fee, will be refunded.
Bookings made through our website or via phone:
WITH NOTICE 14-DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE
-You will be refunded your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee, per cabin reserved.
-Changes in arrival and departure dates that result in a shorter stay will be charged a $50 cancellation fee
RESERVATIONS CANCELED LESS THAN 14-DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE
-You will be charged in full unless your cabin is re-booked by another party. We will make every effort to re-book your cottage and will refund any cottage we are able to re-book minus a $50 cancellation fee per cottage reserved.
Bookings made through third-party websites such as Booking.com, Expedia, HotelTonight, or Airbnb:
- You are bound to the cancellation policies agreed to when booking on their website.
-Reservation made on a third-party website must be canceled through the third-party website.
