• SUMMER – Weekly (Saturday 2PM to Saturday 10AM), June 22nd to Labor Day
• WINTER – Full Season: Dec. 1st to April 1st. See Winter Rental page.
• SPRING & FALL – 2-night minimum. Call for nightly rates.
Spring & Fall rates range from $70 to $185 per night with discounts for weekly stays.
15% discount – May 1 to June 30 & Labor Day to Sept 30 – full week rentals only
No Credit Cards Accepted
One half of rental fee is required in advance as a deposit to confirm your reservation. Remainder in full is due at time of arrival. Deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-rent the cottage. ($25 fee charged for returned checks)

What to Bring: sheets, pillow cases, towels, paper (towels, TP, tissues, napkins), soap (hand, dish, & personal), cleaning products, charcoal for grill
Boat Docking Fee – $50/week, $10/night
If you are thinking about a week’s summer vacation at The Kenmore, we have a waiting list. Returning guests have priority and have their reservations in by the end of February. By then, we will know the availability for the summer weeks, at which time we will contact all those on the waiting list for a first come, first served reservation.
Spring and fall reservations can be made any time but fall can fill up several months in advance, especially if we have a wedding or family reunion.
Winter rental leases are sent out in April to allow for a payment plan. Reservations are usually made at that time.
